Cozy Christmas Wedding by Nadia D on Project Wedding

Project Wedding recently featured an adorable winter wedding full of DIY elements photographed by Nadia D in Atlanta. I love the romantic winter feel of it, so wanted to share.

Cozy Christmas Wedding by Nadia D. Photography

With the holidays less than a week away, we thought we’d celebrate with Emily and Chase’s cozy winter wedding in Atlanta.  The space and décor elements were styled reminiscent of time Emily spent as a child in her grandparent’s cabin in the Northwoods.  Earthy and organic accents added rustic beauty, while the chocolate, mocha and ivory palette was warm and inviting.  Special thanks to Nadia D. Photography for sharing these absolutely exquisite photographs with us!

Celebrity Wedding News Provide PR Opportunity

When someone like Britney Spears gets engaged, all bridal media is a-buzz with news and photos of her engagement ring. Ring styles and carat sizes get dissected with every major celebrity engagement. The same goes for wedding dresses, cakes and other aspects of wedding planning that consume celebrities, and thus the ever-hungry wedding media.

In PR, we look at this as an opportunity to provide great content to editors who’re writing stories about celeb wedding news.

Getting back to Britney Spears’ recent engagement, our jewelry client Yael Designs had the perfect engagement ring with a similar look, but smaller carat size and thus more affordable. The jewelry editor of Brides.com featured the Yael Designs engagement ring in her story “Get the Look: Britney Spears’ Engagement Ring“:

Introducing Wedding Dress Designer Kirribilla

As a long admirer of the San Francisco chic cocktail dress designer Kirribilla, we were really excited when they asked us to work with them on their new bridal collection of little white dresses named… I DO!

The serendipity of the whole thing was just so incredible that we couldn’t say no 🙂

Kirribilla was founded in 2007 by sisters Faye and Phoebe Davison who craved dresses that turn everyone’s heads. Brimming with femininity, the Kirribilla collections are inspired by the many destinations the girls had visited from the glamour of southern France to the natural beauty of Hawaii.

After noticing how many brides and bridesmaids were ordering their color dresses for weddings, the girls decided to launch a bridal line of short white dresses that give brides a stylish alternative for outdoor receptions, destination weddings and
bridal events.

We are very excited to welcome Kirribilla to the I Do PR team!

Since we know how much editors love the holidays, we capitalized on that to get some press for Kirribilla’s beautiful holiday dresses, including a feature by Engagement 101 and 7×7 magazines:
