WIPA, or Wedding Industry Professionals Association, has long been one of my favorite industry organizations. They put on very high-quality, intimate events. In fact, the first wedding industry event I’ve ever attended was a luncheon hosted by WIPA in Napa Valley.
That’s why when I moved to New York, I was baffled that the city that has everything did not have a WIPA chapter. Today, I’m happy to announce that is no longer the case.
Come celebrate WIPA New York’s launch at 6pm this Thursday, Sept. 29, and hear from none other than the queen of event planning Marcy Blum. Marcy will speak on the topic “There’s No ‘Take the Money and Run’ in Events (Being in it for the Long Haul)”.
