WIPA<\/a>, or Wedding Industry Professionals Association, has long been one of my favorite industry organizations. They put on very high-quality, intimate events. In fact, the first wedding industry event I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve ever attended was a luncheon hosted by WIPA in Napa Valley. <\/span><\/p>\n

That\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s why when I moved to New York, I was baffled that the city that has everything did not have a WIPA chapter. Today, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m happy to announce that is no longer the case.<\/span><\/p>\n

Come celebrate WIPA New York\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s launch at 6pm this Thursday, Sept. 29, and hear from none other than the queen of event planning Marcy Blum. Marcy will speak on the topic “There’s No ‘Take the Money and Run’ in Events (Being in it for the Long Haul)\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/span><\/p>\n
